Using Innov EV

Innov EV lets you start and pay for a charging session at supported chargers from your phone. You need an account to charge. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and use the service lawfully.

Prepaid charging and refunds

You pay up front through PayMongo before charging starts. Charging stops when the amount you paid has been used, or when you stop it. Any unused balance is refunded to your original payment method.

Charger availability and faults

Chargers may be offline, busy or faulty. We do not guarantee that a charger is available or that a session will complete. If a session ends early because of a fault, the unused balance is refunded.

Your responsibilities

Follow the rules posted at each site, park and plug in safely, and do not damage or tamper with charging equipment. You are responsible for any damage you cause.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use Innov EV after a change means you accept it.
