What we collect

Your email address (and name and avatar if you sign in with Google), and a record of each charging session: which charger, when, how much energy, and what you paid. We do not keep a separate profile.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayMongo, a licensed Philippine processor. Your card, wallet and billing details go to PayMongo only. We store reference IDs, never card or wallet data.

Why we use it

To sign you in, start and stop charging, take payment, refund unused balance and provide receipts.

Retention

Charging and payment records are kept for the period required for tax and accounting. If you delete your account, those records are kept without your identity.

Your rights (RA 10173)

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your data, object to its processing, and complain to the National Privacy Commission.
